Boiling Point

For users' convenience, a boiling curve Tb = ƒ(p) and a normal boiling point Tb = ƒ(101.325 kPa) are provided when a consistent vapor pressure curve has been determined. This is obtained by inverting the vapor pressure and hence is guarenteed to yield identical predictions.

where p° = 1 kPa, pc = critical pressure and τ = 1 - T/Tc
